Hi, my name is Meeko and I have been working in the health and fitness industry for 18 years. I am passionate about wellness and I enjoy helping others improve their overall health by engaging in outdoor activities such as hikes and bootcamps, physical training, yoga, and adopting healthy eating habits. I also focus on mental health to ensure a holistic approach towards wellness.

My vision was to create an intimate and warm space that provides rigorous training, and that's exactly what we have achieved at Wholesome. With so many people achieving their fitness goals here, we are proud of the results we have been able to deliver to our clients.

Justin 

Let me introduce you to Justin - Our Head Coach and Yogi at wholesome. He discovered yoga through calisthenics and strength training and quickly realised the benefits of yoga and how it can significantly improve mobility and mindset. Justin was motivated by the less restrictive spine, stronger arms, and building an unbreakable core, which led him to become a yoga teacher. His teaching style is precise and motivating, which you can see in his ashtanga and callisthenics classes.

Marian

Meet Marian - our lead yoga coach and a beautiful soul. Marian discovered yoga 6 years ago and realised it was the one thing missing in her life. Since then, her knowledge and passion for yoga has deepened, and she decided to become a teacher herself. She loves to use the tools that yoga provides to find a happy, balanced mind and is excited to share them with you. Marian will guide you every step of the way on your yoga journey and provide support within the classes. You can expect to see her in the morning flows and beginners classes, as well as in a luscious Yin class.
