Small Group PT

PT CLUB sessions offer a cutting-edge approach to fitness, wellness, and accountability. With our program, you can perfect your lifting technique, track your progress through our app, and continuously improve. In addition to this, you will work with a maximum of three other individuals per session, ensuring that you receive high-quality one-on-one coaching.

WOD - Workout Of The Day

This class is designed for high intensity workouts, but also provides a recovery period when needed. You can expect to perform strength movements and engage in metabolic conditioning exercises such as running, ski erg or assault bike. This class is highly challenging and fun, and is a great way to burn a significant amount of calories.

Mobility & Calisthenics

If you aim to improve your posture, mobility, and bodyweight strength, this class is perfect for you. It is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. During the class, you will learn how to perform pull-ups, push-ups, and how to control your body in various ways. This will help you strengthen your joints, and you will find that it complements your weight training, running, and even yoga routine. Justin and Meeko will be your instructors, so why not give it a try?

Our Hyrox class combines the intensity of functional fitness training with the excitement of a competitive race, crafted for all fitness levels. Designed around the global fitness competition format, Hyrox includes a balanced mix of running, strength, and endurance exercises to build speed, agility, and resilience.

BOX

Join Meeko and Justin, two of our "ELITE" Ricky Hatton coaches, for an intense boxing class that combines boxing techniques with bodyweight exercises to help you get super fit and lean.
